LEGAL
Privacy,
with respect.
MEYZAAR only uses personal information to provide the service you request, protect transactions and improve your experience.
Who controls your information
The MEYZAAR entity identified on your order confirmation is responsible for your customer information. This notice applies across the UK, Pakistan, USA, EU, Canada, Australia and UAE; where local law provides stronger rights, those rights prevail.
What we use
We use account, contact, delivery, order, payment-status, device and customer-care information to provide the service you request. Payment card details are processed by Stripe, Safepay or the displayed payment provider and are not stored by MEYZAAR.
Our lawful reasons
We process information to perform your order contract, meet tax and legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect our services and pursue proportionate business interests. Optional email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing relies on your specific consent.
International service
Approved service providers may process information outside your country. Where UK or EU GDPR applies, MEYZAAR uses an adequacy decision or recognised contractual safeguards and limits access to what is necessary.
Retention and security
Order and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Account and preference information is kept while your account remains active or until deletion is appropriate. Access controls, encrypted transport and supplier checks protect the information we hold.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the UK ICO, an EU supervisory authority or your local privacy regulator.
Privacy, consent withdrawal and rights requests can be started through MEYZAAR customer care or your secure account. Identity verification may be required before information is released or deleted.
