These terms explain the basis on which MEYZAAR offers products, regional pricing, delivery, returns and customer support.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. We may suspend an account where necessary to protect a customer, payment or the service.
Regional pricing
Prices, currencies, taxes, duties, promotions and delivery thresholds are set for the selected market. Changing delivery country may change the applicable price book and availability before payment.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes accepted when payment is confirmed and MEYZAAR sends an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud, material pricing error or unavailable stock.
Products and set contents
Ready-to-wear measurements, fabric, opacity and care information form part of each description. Every jewellery page states the composition, plated finish, dimensions and care guidance. Screen colour may vary slightly. Every garment page states exactly what is included in its 1-piece, 2-piece or 3-piece price; styling items not named there are not included.
Promotions and vouchers
Vouchers belong to the eligible account, may have expiry dates or exclusions and cannot be exchanged for cash. WELCOME10 is intended for one verified customer's first eligible order and may not be combined with another code.
MEYZAAR Privé
Membership is free. Points are based on eligible net merchandise spend and normally become available after the return window. Returns reverse related spend and points. Signature and Gold Standard status use rolling 12-month qualifying spend. Tier prices, points vouchers and other percentage offers do not combine unless expressly stated. Market earning and redemption values are shown before use and may be updated prospectively with reasonable notice.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability is not limited for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that law says cannot be limited.
